摘要
在界定新型城镇化内涵的基础上,结合甘肃省及其各州市的实际情况,建立一套5类包含14个具体指标的综合测度新型城镇化水平的指标体系,并对甘肃省及其各州市新型城镇化水平进行实证测度。研究发现,甘肃省新型城镇化总体水平不高,各州市新型城镇化发展水平很不均衡,河西地区普遍高于河东地区,重要城市发展水平滞后很大程度上影响了甘肃省新型城镇化的进程。
Based on defining the connotation of the new urbanization,combining with the actual situation in Gansu province,this paper established a set of comprehensive evaluation index system of the level of new urbanization,consisted of 5 categories including 14 specific indicator.The result showed that the overall level of new urbanization is not high and new,urbanization development level is not balanced in Gansu Province,the level of Hexi area is generally higher than that of Hedong area.The lag of important cities’development level has a strong influence on the process of new urbanization in Gansu Province.
