摘要
在安全应用场合,基于采用符合某些动态特征的交变信号对继电器进行控制的思想,给出了能克服短路失效的继电器安全驱动的解决方案。详细研究了驱动电路的谐振参数、继电器的性能与频偏的关系,以及负载回路的损耗对品质因数的影响,最后给出了驱动电路参数计算步骤。
A solution of relay safe driving which can overcome the short-circuit failure is presented. The thought of solution is controlling relay by using alternating signal which meets certain dynamic characteristics. Reso- nance parameters of driving circuit, the relationship between performance of relay and deviation of frequency, and the influence of the loss of load circuit on quality factor are researched in detail. Finally, calculation steps of driving circuit parameters are presented.
