关节腔内置管注射二性霉素B联合氟康唑治疗两例人工关节假体真菌感染 被引量：3

摘要 目的报告两例关节腔内置管注射二性霉素B联合氟康唑治疗人工全膝关节置换后假体真菌感染的疗效。方法 2011年2月及2013年12月收治2例人工全膝关节置换后发生假体霉菌感染的女性患者。患者年龄分别为79、56岁,初次置换术后诊断为假体霉菌感染,给予关节清理后,置中心静脉导管局部注射二性霉素B联合氟康唑全身抗霉菌治疗。结果治疗后患者局部症状均消失,炎症指标恢复正常,经1年随访未复发。结论关节腔内置管注射二性霉素B联合氟康唑治疗为人工关节假体真菌感染提供了一种方法,但需更多病例进一步观察疗效。
