摘要
为进一步推进高职院校思想政治教学改革、提高高职院校思想政治教学质量,围绕江苏高职院校的五大版块:思想政治理论课教学单位设置情况、师资队伍情况、教学专项经费、课堂规模和实践教学展开调查,结果显示:江苏多数高职院校思政教育存在机构设置边缘化、教学人员行政化、经费缺乏保障和实践教学形式化等问题;具体探讨成因,认为可以采用提高重视指数、明晰机构性质特征、设立专项经费、完善师资队伍建设、推进相关教学改革等可能性的应对措施。
Revolving around the five sections including ＂establishment of ideological and political theory course teaching unit＂, ＂the situation of group of teachers＂, ＂special funds for teaching＂, ＂class size＂, ＂practice teaching＂, the paper carrys out the overall analysis and summarizes the problems of the investigation results such as marginalization of institutional settings, administration of teaching staff, lack of funds and the formalization of practice teaching. Based on the discussion of the concrete reasons, the paper finally proposes the corresponding measures such as enhancing the attention index, clearing the nature and features of the institution, establishing special funds, consummating the construction of teaching staff and promoting the teaching reform related.
