摘要
目的:探讨针刺手法在分子水平对高血压调控的作用机制及补泻手法效应的差异。方法:SHR 60只,随机分为4组,每组15只,15只WKY大鼠作为空白对照。每天上午分别对各组大鼠双侧"太冲"穴施以相应刺激,14天后,检测各组大鼠胸主动脉中TGF-β1、P38 MAPK的基因表达并进行统计分析。结果:TGF-β1结果:针刺泻法组TGF-β1的mRNA表达高于空白对照组(P>0.05),与针刺补法组大体一致(P>0.05),低于针刺对照组(P<0.05)和模型对照组(P<0.01)。P38 MAPK结果:针刺泻法组P38 MAPK的mRNA表达高于空白对照组(P<0.05),与针刺补法组大体一致(P>0.05),低于其它SHR组(P<0.05)。结论:捻转泻法可降低主动脉组织中TGF-β1、P38 MAPK的mRNA表达,且泻法作用优于补法。
Objective :To explore the effect on the aortic gene expressions of TGF- β1 and 1738 MAPK of spontaneoushypertensive rats treated by twirling reinforcing and reducing method, revealing the mechanism of relativity between twir-ling reinforcing and reducing manipulation on protecting the target organs of hypertension. Method:60 clean male SHRwere divided into 4 groups randomly and 15 clean male WKY rats as blank constrast group. Each rat was treated by 1 mi-nute corresponding stimulation on LR3 point in the morning. After 14 days treatment,TGF - β1 and P38 MAPK contentsin aortic were detected by means of RT -PCR and analyzed by SPSS statistics. Result:TGF - β1 result:the gene expres-sion of TGF - β1in aortic of reducing group was higher than that of blank contrast group and lower than other groups. Thegene expression of TGF -β1 in aortic of model contrast group increased significantly when compared with reducing group(P 〈 0.01). Reducing group was different to needling contrast group(P 〈 0.05 )and there was no obvious difference be-tween reinforcing group and reducing group(P 〉 0.05 ). P38 MAPK results : the gene expression of 1〉38 MAPK in aortic ofreducing group was higher than that of blank contrast group and lower than other groups and there was no obvious differ-ence between reinforcing group and reducing group ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Twirling reducing method can decrease thecontents of the gene expressions of TGF - β1 and P38 MAPK in aortic of SHR and the twirling reducing method is betterthan reinforcing method.
