摘要
汽车可靠性道路试验需要耗费大量时间和费用,为了缩短产品开发周期,采用四轴振动台模拟道路试验.采集了应变测点在可靠性道路上的动态数据,利用雨流法编制载荷谱,作为振动台激励的依据,实现了汽车道路试验的模拟,通过对监测点的台架试验应力与道路试验应力对比,表明该方法是可行的.
To shorten the automotive product development cycle, simulation research of road excitation on four-axis shaking table was carried out to take the place of the automotive reliability road test. Based on rain-flow counting method, the dynamic data collected from reliability road by strain gauge was used to compile the input data of shaking table. The test results showed that the simulation was in well agreement with road test.
