摘要
随着人们生活水平提高,购买服装的重点逐渐转向定制,同时电子商务模式的不断发展给服装网络定制带来新的契机。针对从事于服装定制行业的社会白领阶层网络问卷调研,挖掘出消费者定制原动力需求。调研结果表明:O2O定制网站具备"网络自主设计""专业人员上门体型测量服务"和"园区服装收发室"三大服务功能为消费者定制需求的最优组合。将消费者需求与O2O网络定制盈利模式结合,最终设计一套基于O2O模式且运用于服装定制的网络平台系统。
As people's living standards improved,the focus of buying clothes gradually turns to customization.At the same time,continuous development of electronic commerce mode brings new opportunities for clothing network customization.Aiming at network questionnaire survey of social white-collar class in clothing customization,motive power demand of consumers' customization was excavated.The results show that:O2O customization website has three service functions ("independent network design","door-to-door size measurement service of professionals" and "the mail room for clothing") to customize the optimal demand combination for consumers.In combination of consumer demand and O2O network customization profit model,a set of network platform system based on O2O mode and applied in clothing customization is finally designed.
