摘要
目的:分析在β-地中海贫血的检测过程中,红细胞参数的检测方式对诊断和筛查β-地中海贫血以及相应的临床应用价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的80例β-地中海贫血患者,分析Hb、MCH、MCHC、MCV、RDW、RBC红细胞参数以及各项指标于β-地中海贫血的诊断与筛查中所起到的临床应用价值。结果:结果显示,重型β-地中海贫血组的MCV、RBC、Hb、MCH均明显低于贫血对照组,而MCHC和RDW均明显高于贫血对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与贫血对照组比较,轻型β-地中海贫血组的Hb和RBC均明显升高,MCH与MCV均明显降低,且MCV降低更加明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),RDW和MCHC均无明显差异(P>0.05)。轻重型β-地中海贫血组的各项指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对轻型β-地中海贫血进行筛查与诊断过程中,红细胞参数所体现的价值尤为突出,其拥有独特的血液学的特征,红细胞参数的测定方式有着效率高且价格低廉及简单容易操作等诸多优点,有较高的临床价值,能够使β-地中海贫血患儿出生率减少,提高人口的质量。
Objective：To analyze the red blood cell parameters of testing method for the diagnosis and screening β-thalassaemia and corresponding clinical application value in the β-thalassaemia detection process.Method：80 β-thalassaemia patients admitted to our hospital were selected,the Hb,MCH,MCHC,MCV,RDW,RBC of red blood cell parameters and the clinical application value of indicators in the diagnosis and screening of β-thalassaemia were analyzed.Result：The results showed that,the MCV,RBC,Hb,MCH of severe β-thalassaemia group were significantly lower than anemia control group,MCHC and RDW were significantly higher than anemia control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Compared with anemia control group,the Hb and RBC of mild β-thalassaemia group were significantly increased,the MCH and MCV were significantly reduced,and the MCV decreased more obviously,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences were in RDW and MCHC（P〈0.05）.The differences were statistically significant in the indexes between severe β-thalassaemia group and mild β-thalassaemia group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the mild β-thalassaemia screening and diagnosis process,especially the value of red blood cell parameters,it has a unique characteristic of hematology,red blood cell parameter determination method has high efficiency and low cost and simple easy to operate,and many other advantages,with high clinical value,reduce β-thalassaemia children birth rate,improve the quality of population.
