摘要
目的:探讨硅胶假体隆鼻与自体耳廓软充填鼻尖联合对隆鼻术并发症预防的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2013年1-12月收治的35例行隆鼻术患者,均采用硅胶假体隆鼻与自体耳廓软骨充填鼻尖,并对其并发症进行预防。结果:鼻外形显著改善,无鼻尖破溃、感染、假体外露并发症,术后2 d轻微歪斜2例,加压固定后恢复。结论:在隆鼻术中,采用硅胶假体隆鼻与自体耳廓软骨充填鼻尖对并发症进行预防,可显著降低不良事件率,有较高有效性及安全性,值得临床广泛推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the effect of silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty combined with autologous auricular cartilage filling nose in the prevention of rhinoplasty complications.Method：35 patients with augmentation rhinoplasty in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were selected,they were treated with silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty combined with autologous auricular cartilage filling nose,and the complications were prevented.Result：The nose shape of patients were improved,there were no nose ulceration,infection,implant exposure complications.There were two patients appeared slight skew two days after surgery and recovered after pressurized and fixed.Conclusion：In the augmentation rhinoplasty,the use of silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty combined with autologous auricular cartilage filling nose in the prevention of rhinoplasty complications can reduce the rate of adverse events,with higher efficacy and safety,is worth widely clinical application.
