摘要
提出了本科生专业接受的影响因素模型,并利用来自华南理工大学广州学院物流专业本科生以及部分已毕业校友的147份有效样本数据对该模型进行了实证检验。结果表明社会影响、对专业构成要素质量的感知、绩效预期,以及努力预期是决定物流专业学生对本专业的接受度的4种关键因素。基于研究发现,给出了若干对策建议。
The study proposes a speciality acceptance model of undergraduate students, and made it empirical tests through 147 effective sample data from students and alumni of Guangzhou College, South China University of Technology who major in logis- tics. The results show that social influence, perception of specialty education inscapes quality, performance expectancy, and effort expectancy are the key factors influencing speciality acceptance of undergraduate students major in logistics. Based on the research discovery, some suggestions have been put forward.
