摘要 以4-氯甲基苯乙烯为起始原料,与三苯基膦生成季鏻盐(1)后,再在碱性(KOBut)条件下与苯甲醛衍生物(2a^2c)进行固相研磨Wittig反应,合成了3种二苯乙烯类化合物(3a^3c),其结构经1H NMR和IR确证。较佳的Wittig反应条件为:1 30 mmol,n(1)∶n(2)∶n(KOBut)=1.0∶1.2∶1.4,于70℃反应1 h,3a^3c的收率分别为75.0%,81.3%和85.0%。 Three stilbene compounds( 3a ~ 3c) were synthesized in alkaline condition( KOBu^t) by the solid phase grinding Wittig reaction of benzaldehyde derivatives( 2a ~ 2c) with quaternary phosphonium salt( 1) which was prepared by reaction of 4-chloromethyl styrene with triphenylphosphine.The structures were confirmed by^1 H NMR and IR. The optimum Wittig reaction conditions at 70 ℃for 1 h were as follows: 1 30 mmol,n( 1) ∶ n( 2) ∶ n( KOBu^t) = 1. 0 ∶ 1. 2 ∶ 1. 4. The yield of 3a ~3c were 75. 0%,81. 3% and 85. 0%,respectively.
