摘要
学术界关于"舆情"管理的研究已经渗透到各个领域。从主体看,有以高校、企业及金融机构等为对象的研究;从涉及领域看,有涉诉、涉检、涉警、涉军、涉法等研究;从舆情源看,则主要与突发事件、群体性事件等关键词相联系。"舆情"管理的研究大部分是针对新形势、新环境下的"网络舆情"管理研究,说明"网络舆情"是社会舆情研究的重难点。而针对"网络舆情"的管理主要又从技术层面、社会管理层面、危机管理层面、引导及管理综合视角等几个层面展开研究,技术研究与对策研究有断裂现象,没有实现有效的整合,难以形成舆情应对的全系统体系。
Researches on public opinion management have reached many disciplines. Research objects mainly include universi- ties, enterprises and financial institutions. Research areas concern lawsuits, procuratorate, police, military and judiciary affairs. Sources of public opinions are closely related to key words like emergency and mass disturbance. Researches on public opinion management mainly focus on internet public opinions in new social situations and contexts, which well illustrate the significance and difficulty of interact public opinion management. Meanwhile, internet public opinion management is conducted from compre- hensive perspectives, namely, technical application, social management, crisis management, integration of instruction and man- agement. There is a gap between researches on technical application and countermeasures. Ineffective combination of the two hin- ders the construction of an integrated public opinion response system.
