摘要
学生实习是高职院校人才培养的重要一环,如何做好学生实习工作,提高学生就业的适应性和适用性,成为社会各方关注的焦点。行业协会作为第三部门有着独特的地位,行业协会在高职院校实习生管理中可以扮演规章制定者、行为协调者、全程监督者的角色,当然这些作用的发挥也需要政府职能部门的支持,采取相应措施,有效提升学生实习质量,保障高职院校学生顺利就业。
College students＇ practice, an important course of talents cultivation of adaptability and applicability in higher vocational colleges, has become the subject of social concern. Industry associations as a third sector can play a unique role in the internship management in higher vocational schools as rule makers, coordinators and watchdogs. The full play, of course, need the support of the government functional departments to provide necessary conditions and stimulus, thus effectively improving the internship quality and ensuring higher vocational colleges students employment.
