摘要
移动互联网和手机终端的发展为移动学习的开展奠定了物质基础,许多企业、学校等纷纷关注和开发移动学习系统和平台,各种移动应用软件如雨后春笋般涌现。这些系统能否被长期广泛地使用,与用户的初始接受行为、持续使用行为等有很大关系。本文在Bhattacherjee的信息系统持续使用模型的基础上,根据移动学习的相关特性,增加感知易用性和感知移动性价值变量,构建了移动学习用户持续使用研究模型,设计问卷并以本校大学生为研究对象收集数据,利用SPSS 18.0统计分析软件和Amos 18.0结构方程模型分析软件进行信效度分析、验证模型假设,找出影响移动学习用户持续使用行为的关键性因素。
With the development of the mobile Internet and mobile terminals, the infrastructure is now in place for the implementation of mobile learning. Many businesses and schools are interested in the development of mobile learning systems and platforms. There have appeared many mobile applications such as Palm English and Hujiang Network. The popularization of these systems and applications depends to a great extent on the solution to problems related to users' initial acceptance and continuance usage.Based on Bhattacherjee's Information System Continuance Model and informed by the characteristics of mobile learning, this article added two variables of perceived ease of use and perceived mobile value to build the research model of mobile learning users' continuance usage. A questionnaire survey was designed and conducted among the students of the authors' university. SPSS 18.0 and Amos 18.0 were used to analyze reliability and validity, validate the model assumptions, and identify key factors influencing mobile learning users' continuance usage.
