摘要
近年来,我国高校教师的满意度发生了诸多变化。通过深入调研,揭示了不同年龄、性别、职称、专业和高校的教师对当前收入和住房条件、教学质量和学风、校园环境和行政工作、职称评聘和进修深造等方面的满意度差别较大。要进一步尊重高校教师办学主导作用,建立健全高校教师发展体系、教师管理和考核制度,切实保障高校教师福利待遇。
In recent years, there has many changes in our university teachers' satisfaction. This paper did deep researches on teachers in different age, gender, professional titles, specialties and colleges and universities for the current income and housing conditions, the quality of teaching and learning atmosphere, campus environment and administrative work, the Title Recognition and evaluation studies employed and etc.. To give more respect to the teachers' leading role in schools, we should establish the system of university teacher development, teacher management and appraisal system, and to make sure the university teachers' welfare come ture.
