摘要
实验表明丙烯酸可以作为厌氧胶的固化促进剂。在厌氧胶中仅用丙烯酸作为促进剂且含量大于2%时,其初固时间可达15 min以内,综合考虑最佳含量为2%~4%;此外丙烯酸配合传统的糖精-酰肼促进体系使用时,也能提高厌氧胶的固化效果,尤其能提高厌氧胶在惰性基材上的固化效果。
The experiment results showed that acrylic acid can be used as the curing promoter for anaerobic adhesives, when the acrylic acid concentration is over 2%, the fixed time within 15 min, and the optimal concentration of acrylic acid ranges from 2% to 4% with comprehensive consideration.In addition,when acrylic acid was used together with traditional saccharin–hydrazine promoter,the curing results of anaerobia adhesives,especially on the inert substrates,were enhanced.
