摘要
2400L型间歇式混捏锅是阴极碳素制品生产的关键设备,其功能是将配方原料在高温下干混后再添加沥青使之混捏均匀,为阴极炭块的成型提供优质原料。由于设备运行环境恶劣,在运转过程中经常出现搅刀和衬板的磨损严重,皮带打滑或断裂,底开阀漏料等故障而影响设备的正常运行,为了确保设备的正常运转,笔者通过长期的观察和摸索,在实践中总结出一套较完整的维护、保养和检修方法,保证了设备的正常运转。
Batch- type kneading boiler of 2400 L is the key equipment used to produce cathode carbon blocks and pastes.Its function is kneading raw materials from formula by dry mixing,and then making them knead evenly through adding asphalt. Finally this equipment offers quality material for next molding process in the production. Because of hostile environment during working,the equipment often meets with some trouble such as mixing knife,severe wearing of lining board,slipping or fracturing of the belt,and materials leaking of foot valve,which should influence the normal running. This paper sums up some ways of maintenance and overhaul to ensure normal running of the equipment through long- term observation and fumble in practice.
