摘要
为了掌握闭式细水雾灭墙角火的规律,在不同流量特性k系数、压力、喷射角状况下进行了多次灭火试验,研制了一种细水雾喷头。经过春、秋及梅雨季不同温度、湿度状况下二十多次灭火试验,总结了南方梅雨期湿度增大对室内墙角火灭火试验的影响和规律。结果表明,影响细水雾灭墙角火的重要因素之一是环境湿度。细水雾喷头采用相同温度等级的玻璃球(57℃)可以降低(或消除)环境湿度的影响。细水雾喷头喷雾压力推荐使用范围为10~12 MPa。对闭式细水雾室内墙角火工程设计具有参考作用。
In order to understand the laws of the extinguishing corner fire of closed water mist system through, a series of experi-ments which are conducted under K coefficient, pressure, and nozzle spray angle of different flow, this paper develops a new noz-zle. Its extinguishing tests are conducted under the condifions of the different temperature and humidity in spring. autumn and mould-rains season. The results demonstrate that environment humidity has great impact on the result of the extinguishing corner fire. If the nozzles are equipped with the glass bal of the same temperature rating ( 57℃) , the effect of the humidity is minimized and elimina-ted. It is best to control the water mist nozzle pressure within the range of 10~12 MPa. This paper provides the valuable reference for engineering design of closed water mist system for extinguishing corner fire.
