摘要
该文通过X射线荧光光谱、X射线衍射、红外吸收光谱、热重分析对贵州两种不同粉石英矿的基本特征进行了对比分析,提出了两种粉石英矿的综合利用方式.研究结果表明:1#粉石英矿的主要矿物相为а-石英相,Si O2含量高达95.64%,杂质主要是Ca、Fe,且Ca O的含量达3.73%,并以方解石相的Ca CO3形式存在;可通过酸浸方式除杂获得高纯(99.9%)二氧化硅微粉.2#粉石英矿的主要矿物相也为а-石英相,Si O2含量仅为90.08%,主要杂质Al2O3的含量达到7.1%且以难以处理的高岭石矿物相存在,可通过化学沉淀法制备高纯球形纳米Si O2的方式进行综合利用.
Two kinds of konilite from different mines in GuiZhou Province were analyed by X - ray Fluores- cence Spectrometry, X - ray Diffraction, Infrared Absorption Spectroscopy, and Thermo gravimetric Analysis. At the same time, comprehensive utilization method of two kinds of konilite is proposed. The results show: SiO2 content in No. 1 konilite is up to 95.64%, impurities are mainly Ca, Fe, and Ca exists in the form of Calcite ( CaCO3). High purity (99.9%) silica powder can be obtained from No. 1 konilite by acid leaching. The SiO2 content in No. 2 konilite is 90.08%, the main impurities is Al2O3, which is kaolinite and difficult to deal with, so No. 2 konilite may be comprehensively utilized by chemical precipitation method to prepare high purity spherical nano SiO2
