摘要
通过分析地理信息变化发现与信息收集的工作机制,建立了以天地图现有的公共框架要素为基础的变化监测管理系统,该系统采取动静结合的方式,以监测道路变化为重点,跟踪监测与之相关联的水系、居民地、地名的变化以达到发现变化并快速更新的要求。该系统的开发保障了要素信息采集的规范性、准确性以及时效性,为在短时间内发现变化,实现快速更新提供了技术支持。
By analyzing the changes of geographic information and the working mechanism of information-gathering, we established a change monitoring management system based on the common framework of Tiandiitu. The system took the strategy of both dynamic and static, and monitored the road change as the point, tracked the associated water system, residential quarters, and change of place name in order to detect changes and quickly update. This system can ensure the normalization of information collection, accuracy and timeliness, provide technical support to detect changes in a short time and achieve quick update in practical applications.
