企业供应链管理问题分析
摘要
对于制造企业而言,供应链是企业管理中的关键部分,而制造企业的供应链问题在较非制造业面临更多的问题。本文对企业供应链管理问题进行初探,分析我国企业供应链管理的现状,指出存在的问题并提出完善对策。
