摘要
研究了以黄河淤沙作为硅质原料配料对硅酸盐水泥熟料煅烧及水泥性能的影响。结果表明,采用黄河淤沙配料,生料的易烧性差,烧制的熟料中f Ca O含量比砂岩配料的高,初凝时间及终凝时间明显延长,各龄期强度降低。提高KH和SM,熟料中f Ca O的含量增大,而水泥的凝结时间缩短,各龄期强度升高。适当提高煅烧温度,熟料中f Ca O含量显著降低,水泥的凝结时间缩短,各龄期强度明显提高。
Effect of deposited sand of Yellow River on burnability and properties of Portland cement clinker when it was used as siliceous raw materials were studied. The results indicated that under the same burning condition, the burnability of raw meal and the cement strength at each age could be weakened, the fCaO content in clinker would be increased, and both the initial and final setting time would be prolonged remarkably when using deposited sand of Yellow River as siliceous raw materials. The fCaO content in clinker would be increased, the setting time would be shorter, and the cement strength at each age would be improved when increasing the KH value and SM value of clinker. If the burning temperature increased properly, the fCaO content in clinker would be decreased remarkably, the setting time would be shorter,and the cement strength at each age would be improved.
