摘要
运用模糊控制原理,采用Motorola MC68376微处理器和霍尔效应零速传感器,对某型军用车辆离合器半接合点附近区域进行精确控制,基本消除离合器起步冲击,减小离合器的滑磨,使车辆能自动适应驾驶员的起步意图与不同的路面阻力,尤其是在驾驶员实施快起步意图与大路面阻力方面,达到平稳控制车辆起步的目的.
Based on fuzzy control theory,the Motorola MC68376 microprocessor and Hall-effect zero-speed sensor were used to measure and control accurately the values of half junction point of automatic mechanical transmission( AMT) clutch used on military vehicles. The experimental results show that the vehicle can automatically respond to the start intents of drivers and road conditions because the start stock of clutch is eliminated on the whole,and the slip fray is abated. Especially,the aim of smooth start is achieved when fast start acts and big resistance exists on road.
