摘要
某极低品位稀土矿,REO含量仅0.82%,低于最低工业品位。本研究采用磁选预富集抛尾,减少了68.82%的浮选入选矿量。浮选在弱碱性介质下,以水玻璃为脉石矿物抑制剂,改性羟肟酸Wr为稀土捕收剂,采用两次粗选、三次精选和一次扫选的工艺流程获得了含REO 30.06%,回收率52.77%的浮选精矿。浮选精矿经磁选提纯后获得了含REO品位60.12%,回收率30.01%的稀土精矿和REO品位18.12%,回收率22.76%的稀土次精矿。
The REO grade of a rare earth ore is only 0. 82% ,lower than the lowest industrial grade. In this paper, the pre-concentration by magnetic separation is developed by reducing about 68.82% of feedstock of flotation sepa- ration. Under alkalescence medium, after the process oftwo roughing, three cleaning and a scavenging s, the flotation concentrate with REO grade of 30.06% and recovery of 52.77% could be obtained with sodium silicate as the gangue inhibitors and modified hydroxyl oxime acid Wr as rare earth collector. After the purification by magnetic separation,the rare earth concentrate with REO grade of 60. 12% and recovery of 30. 01% and the secondary con- centrate with REO grade of 18.12% and recovery of 22. 76% could be got by the combined processing.
