摘要
主要论述泵房前池水位波动控制标准的提出、相关规范要求以及水位波动模拟和测定方法,结合具体的工程实例对泵房前池水位波动控制标准以及长周期水位波动影响进行初步探讨。针对采用取水明渠+岸边式泵房取水的滨海核电厂取水泵房前池水位波动控制问题,对极端气象条件下(如100 a一遇高潮位+50 a一遇波浪)的短周期水位波动控制标准宜进一步放宽控制标准,对设计基准洪水位+台风浪作用下由于长周期波引起的泵房内水位波动情况需予以考虑,避免由于长周期波动对泵房内相关操作平台和电气设备,以及对厂址防洪可能构成的威胁。
Water-level fluctuation control standard on pump-station's distributing pool and influence of water-level fluctuation caused by long-period wave were discussed with a specific case, as well as the topic about water-level fluctuation control stan-dard on pump-station's distributing pool, requirements of related codes and methods of simulation and mensuration for water-level fluctuation were discussed. For problems of water-level fluctuation control on pump-station's distributing pool of coastal nuclear power station which adopt intake channel and pump-station on shoreline, control standards of water-level fluctuation caused by short-wave on extreme meteorologic conditions (such as the condition of 100 years recurrence high tide level with 50 years recurrence wave) should be properly extend. Further, the problems should be considered about water-level fluctuation caused by long-period wave in condition of design basic flood stage with storm wave, in order to avoid the threat of long-period fluctuation to operation platform and electric device inside pump station, even the flood protection for site.
