摘要
目的 探讨紫草油联合龙血竭、维生素B12治疗放射性皮炎的临床疗效.方法 将70例首次放疗的头颈部恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组,观察组35例用紫草油联合龙血竭、维生素B12调成糊状药膏外涂皮损区,并保持局部清洁,干燥,每天4次,直到皮损愈合;对照组35例采用常规对症处理,不使用任何药物,观察两组患者的临床疗效.结果 观察组患者的治疗有效率为94.29％,对照组的治疗有效率为80％,观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.当放疗剂量＜30Gy以及30～40Gy时,观察组放射性皮肤损伤程度显著低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 紫草油联合龙血竭、维生素B12对头颈部恶性肿瘤放射性皮炎有较好的疗效,能提高患者的生活质量,减轻患者痛苦,方便实用,安全经济.
Objective To study the clinical observation of Lithospermum oil combined with longxuejie, vitamin B12 in treatment of radioactive dermatitis. Methods 70 patients with head and neck malignant tumor were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group （35 cases） was treated with lithospermum oil, longxuejie and vitamin 1312 paste cream. The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment without any drug. The clinical curative effect of two groups of patients was observed. Results The effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 94.29% and 80% patients. The observation group radioactive skin injury was significantly lower than that of the control group. When the radiation dose than 30Gy and 30-40Gy, the observation group of radioactive skin injury was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conchtsion The use of lithospermum oil joint Longxuejie, vitamin Blz in head and neck malignant tumors of radiodermatitis can improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the suffering of patients and is convenient, practical, safe and economic.
