摘要
许芝银教授从事甲状腺疾病研究40余年,对该系统疾病的治疗用药积累了丰富经验。笔者介绍许教授治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床经验,分析其辨证思路及立法、处方、用药特点,以供读者借鉴。许教授认为亚急性甲状腺炎之病因不外乎外感与内伤两类,根据本病的病程发展演变规律,将疏风泄热、清肝泻热、益气养阴、温阳通滞、理气破瘀、化痰散结等作为治疗本病的常用方法,并结合四诊所得临证资料与3期病程,分为6种证型,审证求机,辨证论治。
Professor XU Zhi-yin has been working on thyroid diseases for more than 40 years, and has accumulated a lot of experience in treating these diseases. The author introduced professor XU Zhi-yin＇s experience in treating subacute thyroiditis and analyzed the syndrome differentiation way, prescription and medication features for the readers. Professor XU believes that the cause of subacute thyroiditis disease nothing more than two categories, includes external contraction and internal damage. According to the law of the disease evolution, the dispersing wind and heat, clearing liver fire, tonifying qi and yin, warming yang to move stagnation, activating blood and regulating qi, resolving phlegm to dissipate binds, and these as common methods in the treatment of disease. And combined four examinations and three stages in disease, it could be divided into six kinds of syndrome type.
