摘要
大学生就业是一项十分复杂的社会问题,它受到诸多因素的影响。从人力资本和社会资本的视角,以南通大学2013届大学生为研究对象,采用回归分析的方法,分析大学生就业概率、就业起薪和就业单位的影响因素。研究结果表明:人力资本和社会资本越丰富的大学生,越有可能获得就业机会;人力资本对大学生就业起薪起决定性作用,社会资本对其影响很小;人力资本和社会资本在就业单位方面的影响主要体现在大学生进入政府或事业单位、外资或合资企业上。
Employment of university graduates is a very complex social problem, which is influenced by many factors. From human capital and social capital perspective, the article explores the impact factors of employment probability, start-ing salary level and employment department based on the data from Nantong University graduates in 2013 with the meth-ods of regression analysis. It is found the more human capital and social capital university graduates have, the more likely to get jobs. The human capital factors have very significant influence on the graduates’ starting salary level while the im-pact of social capital is very small. In terms of employment units, the impact of human capital and social capital mainly in the access to government organization, public-service institution, foreign-capital enterprise or joint venture.
