摘要
为探明柞蚕卵的抗氧化能力,分别用水及20%﹑40%﹑60%﹑80%乙醇超声提取柞蚕卵,测定相同浓度下各提取液对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)的清除率,对清除率最大的提取液进行抗氧化活性测定。结果表明:柞蚕卵水提液清除1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基的活性最高,且清除超氧阴离子自由基(O-2·)、羟基自由基(·OH)、1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基和2,2-联氮-双(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)二铵盐自由基(ABTS+·)的IC50值分别为4.394 45 mg/mL﹑38.324 62 mg/mL﹑6.392 018mg/mL和9.228 563mg/mL,说明柞蚕卵具有较好的抗氧化活性。
The DPPH scavenging rate of five extracts from A.pernyi eggs by water,20%,40%,60% and 80% ethyl alcohol respectively were determined to study the antioxidant activity of A.pernyi eggs.The results showed that the water extract of A.pernyi eggs is of the highest activity to eliminate DPPH radical and IC50 of scavenging O2^-·,·OH,DPPH·,ABTS+·is 4.394 45mg/mL,38.32462mg/mL,6.392 018mg/mL and 9.228 563mg/mL separately,which indicates that A.pernyi egg is of good antioxidant activity.
