一维离散小波变换在心电信号降噪中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为准确提取反映心电信号的特征信息,提出应用一维离散小波变换实现对心电信号的降噪处理方法。首先介绍了一维离散小波变换的基本思想;其次,应用小波分解与重构的方法(Mallat算法)在MATALB环境中编程实现对心电信号的降噪处理;最后,引入降噪信号与原信号的能量比(ENR)、均方根误差(RMSE)和自相关系数(AC)作为小波变换的降噪评价指标。可见,该方法能够有效地去除心电信号中的噪声干扰,对于实现心电信号特征信息的提取具有一定的参考价值。 In order to accurately extract the characteristics of the ECG signals,a noise reduction method that based on one-dimensional discrete wavelet transform was discussed in this paper. Firstly,this paper introduces the basic concept of one-dimensional discrete wavelet transform; Secondly,the application of wavelet decomposition and reconstruction method( Mallat algorithm) was used in MATALB programming environment to realize the de-noising of the ECG signals; Finally,this paper introduce energy ratio between noise signal and original signal( ENR),root mean square error( RMSE) and autocorrelation coefficient( AC) as the wavelet transform de-noising evaluation. The results demonstrate that this method can effectively reduce the noise of the ECG signals,which provide a certain reference value for extracting features information of ECG signals.
