摘要
研究目的:运动损伤,是制约瑜伽教学开展的因素之一。本文旨在探讨瑜伽损伤的基本特征以及防御措施,为瑜伽教学提供一定的理论参考。研究方法:采用问卷法、数理统计法、文献资料法、专家访谈法,针对瑜伽项目特点,对损伤部位、特点,发生原因进行调查分析。结果与分析:瑜伽损伤多发部位为腰背、肩、颈椎、膝盖、腿部肌肉韧带等;原因包括体位法错误,以及学生和教师主观因素造成的运动损伤。结论:为了预防瑜伽运动损伤,学生应该在教师引导下掌握正确的练习方式,加强身体素质练习,训练前做好准备活动,训练中保持专注;教师需要不断加强业务学习,提高教学设计的系统性和科学性,同时将瑜伽运动损伤的防护纳入到教学目标中,培养学生的自我防护意识,并通过科学的教学管理,最大限度的规避练习中的运动损伤。
To explore the basic characteristics of Yoga injury and preventive measures,this paper investigates and analyzes the characteristics,parts of the body,and causes of Yoga injury,by using the methods of questionnaire,mathematical statistics,literature review and experts interview. It gets the results: the main injuries are focused on waist,neck,vertebra,knees and legs; the main reasons include the wrong actions and the ignorance of difficulties.Meanwhile,the paper puts forward measures and suggestions to prevent Yoga injury: students should prepare for warm-up exercise and practice under the guidance of teachers,and teachers should take systemic and scientific yoga teaching methods,to avoid sport injury in practice
