摘要
目的 测定全国5个主要产地天麻中天麻素含量,比较不同产地天麻质量.方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定天麻中天麻素含量,采用Wondasil C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）,检测波长220 nm,柱温25℃,流动相：乙腈-0.05％硫酸水溶液（3：97）,流速0.6 mL/min.结果 天麻素在0.20～3.20 μg内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.87％,RSD=2.89％（n=5）.结论 5个主要产地天麻中天麻素含量有所差异.
Objective To determine the content of gastrodin in Gastrodia eleta from five main production areas of China and to compare the quality of Gastrodia elata of different origins.Methods High-pcrformance liquid chromatography was performed on a Wondasil C18 column （4.6mm× 150 mm,5 μm） with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05％ sulfuric acid （3：97） at a detection wavelength of 220 nm,a column temperature of 25 ℃,and a flow rate of 0.6 mL/min.Results The content of gastrodin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area within 0.20-3.20 μg.The average recovery rate of gastrodin was 100.87％,and the relative standard deviation was 2.89％ （n=5）.Conclusion The content of gastrodin varies between Gastrodia elata from the five main production areas of China.
