摘要
对矿热炉低压无功补偿原理进行分析,提出了新型短网无功补偿系统方案,并进行了节电理论计算。理论与实践证明,以新型复合投切开关、电容器循环投切的低压无功补偿技术能够解决现有矿热炉无功补偿投切开关数量多、寿命短等不可靠问题,同时有效提高矿热炉功率因数,降低短网损耗,最终为高耗能企业带来明显的经济效益与社会效益。
This article analyzed the low voltage reactive power compensation principle of submerged arc furnace and proposed new short net program of reactive power compensation system, and made the theoretical calculations. The theory and practice prove that to use the composite switching switch, capacitor switching cycle of low voltage reactive compensation technology can solve the problems such as the existing arc furnace reactive power compensation switching switch is too many and its life is too short. Simultaneously, it can effectively improve the submerged arc furnace production efficiency, reduce short net loss, and ultimately bring significant social and economic benefits for high-energy-intensive users.
