基于空间序列灰色接近度的云瑞系列甘蔗杂交组合评价 被引量:1

摘要 采用基于空间序列灰色接近度的杂交组合评判方法,通过分析22个云瑞系列甘蔗杂交组合有性后代的株高、茎径、单茎重、丛有效茎数、锤度、丛重和锤重来评价云瑞系列甘蔗杂交组合的优劣。结果表明:德蔗93–88×云割F203–393、德蔗93–88×云瑞99–151、云斑F299–546×德蔗93–94、闽糖90–1022×云斑F204–186和德蔗93–94×云割F203–393等5个组合与理想组合的灰色接近度高于0.905 9,被评价为优组合,占参试组合的22.7%;粤糖93–159×云瑞03–417、德蔗93–94×云割F203–80、德蔗93–88×云斑F299–546、CP65–357×云瑞03–917、德蔗93–88×云割F203–117、闽糖90–1022×云割F203–392、闽糖90–1022×云斑F299–546、云割F203–393×闽糖90–1022等8个组合与理想组合的灰色接近度为0.812 4~0.893 8,被评价为较优组合,占参试组合总数的36.4%。这13个优良甘蔗杂交组合可作为甘蔗亲本创新、品种选育的重点组合而加以利用,其余组合视育种目标进行分类利用。 Cross combinations of Yunrui series sugarcane were evaluated using the grey pro×imity of spatial sequence through seven traits (the plant height, stem diameter, stem weight, the number of effective clusters, hammer, clump weight and hammer weight), deriving from 22 cross combinations of Yunrui series sugarcane. The results showed that the grey pro×imity of five combinations, including DZ93-88-YGF203-393, DZ93-88×YR99-151, YBF299-546×DZ93-94, MT90-1022×YBF204-186 and DZ93-94×YGF203-393, were larger than 0.905 9, belonged to the best combinations, which accounted for 22.7% of the tested combinations; The grey pro×imity of 8 combinations, including YT93-159× YR03-417, DZ93-94×YGF203-80, DZ93-88×YBF299-546, CP65-357×YR03-917, DZ93-88×YGF203-l17, MT90- 1022×YGF203-392, MT90-1022×YBF299-546 and YGF203-393×MT90-1022, were between 0.812 4 and 0.893 8, belonged to the better combinations, accounting for 36.4% of the total. These e×cellent sugarcane hybrid combinations could be used as the key combinations for germplasm innovation and variety breeding. The remaining combinations could be individually utilized depended on breeding purposes.
