摘要 为解决用传统方法评价城市道路平面交叉口时存在主观不确定性、评价点单一、资料数据统计周期长等问题,从交叉口交通构成者入手,将交叉口安全因素分为3大类,分析影响交叉口交通安全的相关因素,建立相应的城市道路平面交叉口交通安全评价指标体系;结合实际调查,应用专家打分法确定各指标权重和指标值,建立基于三角系统的交叉口安全评价模型。应用此方法分析上海市5个交叉路口安全状况。结果表明:5个交叉口安全系统均对应锐角三角形,其中周家嘴路-军工路交叉口系统安全性最优,但各方面的安全程度还有待提升。 There are shortcomings in traditional methods of urban road intersection safety evaluation. For example,results of evaluation by using of them are effected by subjective uncertainties. They involve long data statistics cycles. To eliminate the shortcomings,a triangular system was proposed for studying urban intersection traffic safety evaluation system. Considering the participants,factors affecting intersection safety were divided into three aspects. Then an urban road intersection safety evaluation system was analyzed and built on the basis of actual surveys. The index weights and values were determined by expert scoring method. A triangular system-based model was built for urban road intersection traffic safety evaluation.Traffic safety evaluations were made for five intersections in Shanghai by using of the model. The results indicate that all the 5 intersections correspond to an acute triangle,and that Zhoujiazui-Jungong intersection traffic safety is the best but still needs to be improved.
