摘要
根据YFE2系列风机专用高效三相异步电动机的设计需要,基于风机类负载特性,通过参考风机样本,对所提供的风机转动惯量进行了起动性能的核算,验证了风机专用高效三相电动机的高起动转矩的设计可行。通过样机试验所测得的结果与YFE2系列(IP55)风机专用高效三相异步电动机技术条件的标准值比较,达到了风机专用高效三相异步电动机项目的设计要求。
According to the designing requirements of YFE2 series high efficiency three-phase induction motors for fans and fan-type load characteristic, starting performance was calculated on the basis of fans moment of inertia measured from fans sample. High starting torque of high efficiency three-phase induction motors for fans was verifid to be feasible. Compared with the specification for YFE2 series (IP55) high efficiency three-phase induction motors for fans, the test data of prototype machines meet the designing requirements of YFE2 series high efficiency three-phase induction motors well.
