摘要
随着一批普通本科高校向应用技术型高校"转型",实践教育的发展相应地对实践学科的师资队伍也提出了更高的要求。分析了文化产业管理专业在向实践课程转型过程中的"双师型"师资队伍的建设,对文化产业管理专业"双师型"教师应具备的素质做了分析,也对文化产业管理专业"双师型"教师的培养建设途径做了探讨。文化产业管理专业的"双师型"教师更多地应该让学生定位地方,服务地方,采取理论教学与校企实践相结合的方式,才能更好地培养具有文化产业操作与管理实践经验的学生。
With the number of regular undergraduate institutions to apply technology-based universities"transformation",the appropriate disciplinary faculty practice also put forward higher requirements.This essay analyzes the cultural industry management professional practice courses in the transition process to the construction of"double qualified"teachers,and professional management of the cultural industry"double qualified teachers"should have the quality to do the analysis,but also for the cultural industry management professionals"double qualified teachers"culture construction discussed ways to do.It is believed that the cultural industry management professional"double qualified teachers"more should allow students to locate places,local services,schools and enterprises to take the theory and practice of teaching a combination of in order to better prepare students to operate and manage the cultural industry practical experience.
