摘要
本试验比较了10个燕麦品种的苗期碱胁迫抗性差异,筛选出适合在盐碱地种植的燕麦品种。结果表明:0.3%NaHCO3胁迫下,燕麦的生长发育受到明显抑制,但不同燕麦品种耐受能力存在显著差异。‘坝莜一号’和‘坝攸六号’的相对株高、相对鲜重、相对根体积以及相对叶绿素含量、相对脯氨酸含量最高,与其他品种差异显著;碱胁迫显著抑制了‘坝莜三号’和‘冀张莜四号’生长发育,其相对株高、相对鲜重、相对根体积以及相对叶绿素含量、相对脯氨酸含量最低。综合分析表明:10个燕麦品种按耐碱性强弱分为3类,其中‘坝莜一号’和‘坝莜六号’为耐碱品种,‘坝莜三号’和‘冀张莜四号’为碱敏感性品种,其他6个燕麦品种为中等耐碱品种。碱胁迫下,相对苗高和相对鲜重可作为苗期燕麦耐盐碱性初步鉴定和筛选的指标。
In the present experiment, the effect of alkali stress on the development of ten oat cultivars was studied. The results indicated that, the oat development was hindered signifi- cantly by 0.3% NaHCO3, but the tolerance of 10 oat cultivars to alkali stress was significant- ly different. The relative height, fresh weight, root volume, chlorophyll and proline content of 'Bayou NO. 1 ' and 'Bayou NO. 6' were the highest. On the contrary, the relative height, fresh weight, root volume, chlorophyll and proline content of 'Bayou NO. 3' and 'Jizhangyou NO. 4' were the lowest. So that, the tolerant of ‘Bayou NO. 1' and ‘Bayou NO. 6' to alkali stress were strong, ‘Bayou NO. 3' was sensitive, and the other oats were medium tolerant. The traits of relative height and fresh weight were recommended as the main indexes to identi- fy alkali tolerance of oat.
