摘要
为建立开放式织物保暖性能的测试方法,探讨了环境温度对织物保暖性能的影响。利用自制的圆柱式织物保暖仪,分别在同室温不同温差、同温差不同室温两种条件下,测试织物的保暖性能,对测试所得的曲线进行回归得到曲线斜率方程,计算出某一时间点的曲线倾斜角,通过对比倾斜角值得知:同室温不同温差条件下织物的保暖性能随温差的增大而变弱,同温差不同室温条件下织物的保暖性能不变;对含水率分别为0、50%、100%3种试样在同温差不同室温条件下进行测试并进行回归计算,得出织物的保暖效能分别为4.5%、0、-4.7%,表明织物含水率增加其保暖性能下降。
Intended to establish an open test for the thermal property of fabrics, the effect of ambient temperature on fabric thermal property was discussed. By means of self-made cylinder thermal instrument, the test of thermal property was conducted under two different eireumstances, one is at same room temperature but with different temperature difference, the other is at different roonl temperature but with the same temperature difference. Curves acquired by the test was regressed to form the slope equation, by which the inclination angle at a specific time was calculated. By comparing the statistics shown by inclination angles, thermal property of fabrics will weaken as temperature difference is becoming wider under the first circumstance, while there was no change in thermal property when under the second circumstance. Also, three specimen with a water ratio of 0% ,50% and 100% were test under the second circumstance and regression calculation was conducted. The result shows that their thermal property was identified by 4.5%, 0% and -4.7%, respectively, and the thermal property will decline as water ratio increases in the fabrics.
