摘要
针对交织混色织物颜色评判中存在的多种色差公式,从组织结构设计出发,选用红、绿、蓝、青、品红、黄6种颜色的纱线,设计了3种颜色组合的交织混色织物。采用Datacolor SF600型分光光度测色仪对织物的反射率进行了测试,选用5种色差公式对混色织物的观察值与实测值进行比较。结果表明:在交织混色织物的色差评判中,CIELUV与实际感觉偏差较大,不适用于混色织物的颜色评价,而CIELAB、CMC(2∶1)、CIE94和CIE DE2000色差公式都符合真实的色差感觉,其中色差按从大到小排列为CIELAB>CIE94>CMC(2∶1)>CIE DE2000。
In order to study the color difference formulas existing in color evaluation of color-mixed interwoven fabrics, 3 kinds of color mixed fabrics made of red, green, blue, cyan, magenta and yellow yarns are designed. The fabric reflectivitity was tested by Datacolor SF600 spectrophotometric color measurement instrument, and five kinds of color difference formulas were chosen to compare the color difference of the color-mixed fabrics. The result shows that CIELUV color difference formula is deviated fiom the actual, and it isn' t suitable for the evaluation. However, the CIELAB, CMC(2:1) , CIE94 and CIE DE2000 color difference formulas are similar to the real sense of color, ranked as CIELAB 〉 CLE94 〉 CMC(2:1) 〉 CIE DE2000.
