摘要
提出了一种以异步电动机的转差率为控制量的异步电动机力能指标优化控制方案,得到了异步电动机损耗最小时的最优转差率,并根据负载的变化,得到最佳的电压和频率的匹配关系。通过试验证明,最优转差率电压频率协调控制策略能够使得电动机在满足调速的要求下,适应不同的负载,并运行在效率最高的经济状态。
This paper proposes a control scheme to optimize power index of induction motor by controlling the slip ratio of induction motor,obtain the optimal slip ratio when the motor loss is minimal.And according to the change of the load,get the best matching relationship between voltage and frequency.Experiments show that the coordinated control strategy of voltage and frequency based on optimum slip ratio can meet the requirements of speed to adapt to different load and make the induction motor running at maximum efficiency condition
