摘要
针对大型工程结构加载试验的需求,研制一种高压重型平面静压支承系统。系统采用4个密封腔的密封结构,应用定比减压阀和偏载自动补偿阀,在保证承载能力的同时使静压支承油腔压力跟踪外负载变化,提高静压支承的油膜刚度,同时实现静压支承系统的抗偏载能力。研制的高压重型平面静压支承已经应用于大型工程结构的加载试验领域。
According to the need of large engineering structure loading test, developing a high pressure and heavy duty plane hydrostatic support system. The system adopts sealing structure with four sealed chamber, and apply fixed ratio valve and valve automatically compensates for partial load, which could ensure the carrying capacity while the hydrostatic bearing oil chamber pressure tracking changes with the external load, improve the hydrostatic support oil film stiffness, while achieving the anti-bias load capacity of hydrostatic support system. The high-pressure and heavy duty plane hydrostatic support system has been used in the field of large engineering structures loading test.
