富水地层盾构端头加固方式与工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 为解决盾构始发与接收这一隧道工程中令人困扰的问题,优化盾构端头加固方式与施工工艺,提高盾构始发与接收的安全可靠性。本文结合南京宁和城际轨道交通土建施工NH-TA05标新梗街站端头加固实例,针对软弱富水砂性土层的特殊地质条件,通过综合理论分析及对不同土质加固方案的比选,提出水泥土三轴搅拌桩+三重管旋喷桩+垂直局部冻结+应急降水井的端头加固方案选择,细化盾构端头加固措施、加固工艺与主要加固参数。实践证明,加固方案应用效果良好,端头搅拌桩强度与冻结壁厚度均达到设计要求,无漏砂漏水现象,确保了盾构的安全顺利始发与接收,可以在类似工程推广应用。 To solve the problem of shield originating and receiving in tunnel engineering, optimize shield end reinforcement methods and construction technology, and improve the safety and reliability of the shield originating and receiving, combining with the reinforcement Xingeng Station of Ninghe intercity rail transit NH-TA05 section in Nanjing, a scheme was proposed including cement- soil three-axis mixing pile, triple tube rotary spray pile, vertical partial freeze, emergency dewatering well end reinforcement for the soft water-rich sandy soil through comprehensive theoretical analysis and comparison of different soil reinforcement schemes. The shield end reinforcement measures, strengthening technology and main reinforcement parameters were refined. Practice proved that the rein- forcement scheme application effect was good and the end mixing pile strength and the thickness of the frozen wall can meet the design requirements, no leakage sand leakage phenomenon, which ensured the safety of the shield smooth starting and receiving, and there- fore it can be applied in similar projects.
