MEMS加速度传感器标定测试采集系统的设计

摘要 在传统MEMS加速度传感器标定设备的基础上,设计了一套基于以太网传输的20路传感器信号自动采集系统。W5300芯片作为硬件采集卡的核心,Visual Studio+QT作为上位机软件的开发平台。传感器产生的电压信号经过A/D采样,经由以太网收发模块将采集的数据通过网线传输给计算机。系统具有多通道连续采集、参数设置、数据存储、多路实时显示波形的功能。简化了数据采集过程,解决了因数据拥堵导致的数据丢失的问题,提高了标定测试采集效率。 On the basis of the traditional MEMS acceleration sensor calibration equipment,a 20-channel sensor signal automatic acquisition system based on the Ethernet transmission was designed.The system took Ethernet chip W5300 as the core hardware acquisition card and Visual Studio+QT as the software development platform. The voltage signals from the sensors were sampled by the A/D converter,then collected for transmission through the network to the computer from the Ethernet transceiver.This system has some important function such as multi-channel continuous data acquisition,parameter settings,data storage and multi-channel waveform real-time display,also reflect multi- channel voltage signal.It simplifies the process of data acquisition and solve the problem of the loss of data by congestion,improves the calibration test data acquisition efficiency.
