摘要 结合天津南港铁路工程有砟轨道双线96 m钢管混凝土系杆拱桥,利用Midas Civil建立模型,通过对4种拱圈对称落架方案的对比分析,得出在拱圈落架过程中控制截面的变形值和应力值最小的方案,提出了从1/4拱肋附近逐次对称向拱脚与拱顶均衡卸落的落架方案对拱圈变形和受力更为有利,并在施工过程中取得了较好的效果。并且考虑到现场施工场地、环境以及施工技术条件限制等因素的影响,提出了3种拱圈不对称落架施工方案,为施工过程中的监测与施工安全性控制提供理论参考依据。 Combined with the double ballast track 96 m concrete-filled steel pipe arch bridge in Tianjin Nangang Railway engineering,a model is established with the Midas Civil.Through comparative analysis of four kinds of arch ring landing structure schemes,scheme with minimum control cross section deformation and stress values in the process of arch ring landing is found out.It is concluded that scheme of successive symmetric landing from a quarter of the arch rib to the arch foot and vault is more favorable to arch ring deformation and stress distribution,and good results have been achieved in the construction process.And considering factors such as construction plant,environment,construction technology and condi-tion,the author puts forward three arch ring asymmetry landing structure construction schemes to provide theoretical refer-ence for monitoring in the process of construction and construction safety control.
