摘要
优质的技术创新伙伴可以提高技术创新的成功率。可以通过在构建高技术企业技术创新能力评价指标体系的基础上,综合运用层次分析模型和熵权模型确定各评价指标的权重,在此基础上计算备选合作企业的综合得分,作为选择技术创新合作伙伴的依据,结果表明该方法在评价技术创新合作伙伴时具有一定的可行性。
High quality technical innovation partner can improve the success rate of technology innovation.In this article,we constructed a high-tech enterprise’s technology innovation ability evaluation index system,and then used the AHP model and entropy model to decide the weight of index,according to the index weight,the comprehensive score of the cooperative enterprises was calculated and used to choose the best cooperative partner.The results showed that the model was useful to evaluate technology innovation partner.
