摘要
为了考察磷矿选矿废水回用对浮选的影响,利用清水、选厂回水以及不同清水与回水比进行反浮选试验。结果表明,废水回用有利于降低硫酸和捕收剂用量,提高精矿P2O5品位,但会导致精矿中P2O5回收率的降低和尾矿中P2O5品位的升高。试验确定合适的清水与回水比为7︰3、硫酸用量为12kg/t,捕收剂用量为0.2kg/t,获得的精矿含P2O536.43%,精矿中P2O5回收率93.88%。与清水浮选相比,可节约硫酸2kg/t,捕收剂0.5kg/t。
In order to investigate the effect of return water in phosphate ore processing on flotation, reverse flotation tests were carried out with clean water, backwater in beneficiation plant and mixture of the two. Results showed that using recycl,~d water is beneficial to reducing the dosage of sulfuric acid and sollector in flotation and raising the concentrate P205 grade, but would result in decrease of the concentrate P205 recovery and lead to the rise of the tailings P2O5grade. The tests determined an appropriate ratio of clean water and return water being 7 t 3 and the dosage of sulfu- ric acid and collector 12 kg/t and 0.2 kg/t. The concantrate pro- duced has P2O5 grade being 36.43% and recovery 93.83%. Com- pared with the clean water, 2 kg/t of sulfuric acid and ). 5 kg/t of collector can be saved with return water.
