摘要
通过查阅资料和文献检索的方法,从本草记载变迁、南北五加皮的分化、道地产地、化学成分、药理研究等方面对中药材五加皮的本草学和现代药理研究进行综述,古代所用五加皮为五加属植物,入药部位广泛。通过实地调查,药材市场存在混伪品,其种质选取、质量控制有待加强。
Through consulting data and document retrieval method,the Chinese herbal medicine Acanthopanax herbal medicine and modern pharmacological studies were reviewed from the materia medica change,differentiation of acanthopanax bark in the north and south,authentic origin,chemical constituents,pharmacological research and other aspects.The ancient acanthopanax bark,belonging to Araliaceous plants,use widely in medicinal parts.Through field investigation,there are adulterants in the herbal medicine market,so its germplasm selection and quality control needs to be strengthened.
