摘要
文章结合S家纺公司的实际发展特征,利用层次分析法确定供应商选择的评价指标及权重因子。通过AHP-模糊综合评价法对J、M、L三家供应商进行定性和定量分析,选择最佳的供应商选择策略。
To select the suitable supplier for S home textile company,the evaluating indicators and weight factors were determined by AHP-analytic hierarchy process,combined with the S home textile company's characteristics and data got from expert interviews. Three suppliers (J, L, M) were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, through AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
