摘要
以富含单宁的柿子粉和壳聚糖为原料,通过戊二醛做交联剂,制备出柿子单宁吸附材料,研究了其对水溶液中Fe(Ⅲ)的吸附特性,考察了pH、共存离子、温度等因素对吸附过程的影响。结果表明:在温度为303K,pH=2.0,Fe(Ⅲ)的初始浓度为100mg/L时,柿子单宁吸附材料对Fe(Ⅲ)的吸附容量达到427mg/g,其吸附等温线和吸附动力学可用Langmuir方程和拟二级速率方程来描述。同时,采用了FT-IR对材料进行了表征,分析结果表明,固化柿子单宁吸附Fe(Ⅲ)为氧化还原吸附,其吸附特性为Fe(Ⅲ)的富集和分离提供了一种新思路。
A novel adsorbent to effectively adsorbed Fe(Ⅲ)from aqueous solution was prepared by immobilizing persimmon tannin(PT)on chitosan.The Fe(Ⅲ)adsorption capacity of the chitosan was evaluated under various treatment conditions including the pH of initial solution,coexisting metal ions and temperature.The results showed that the effect of pH of initial solution and coexisting metal ions on the adsorption capacity were remarkable,while the influence of temperature was insignificant.The adsorption capacity reached 427mg/g at 303 Kand pH 2.0when the initial concentration of Fe(Ⅲ)was 100mg/L.The adsorption isothermal and kinetic data best fitted to the Langmuir model and the pseudo-second-order model,respectively.Also,the immobilizing PT before and after adsorption of Fe(Ⅲ)were characterized by FTIR.All these results indicated that adsorbent adsorbed efficiently and could be used as a low-cost alternative for the adsorption of Fe(Ⅲ)in wastewater treatment.
